This is another dress I dug out of my closet while gathering things for an upcoming shop my closet sale. I’ve probably only worn it two or three times. Whoops. It actually has a little bit of sentimental value to me so even though I hadn’t worn it in a while I was almost positive I wouldn’t be parting ways with it. Shortly after getting my license I drove to Philadelphia to see my favorite band two nights in a row. It was my very first time traveling completely alone, I had definitely never been that far from home by myself. The trip wasn’t all that great. (You know, I’m almost positive it was because I forgot to eat almost all weekend. Haha, adulting 101, Seriously. It’s kind of funny now how dumb that was/is.) Anyway this was one of the dresses I brought along. At the time it was brand new, and I was just so excited to explore the city in it and then dance my butt off. I had a horrible headache when I woke up the morning I was going to wear it and I ended up just driving straight home without ever wearing it. The direct memory tied to this dress isn’t the greatest, I guess, but at the same time it was such an exciting chapter in my life I can’t help but love the dress because it’s attached to that time. Does that make sense? Regardless, its still a super cute dress and maybe someday I’ll go explore Philadelphia properly in it!

Hope you’re having a great week!
