This year I…

by Kaylah Stroup

reopened The Dainty Squid shop & made hundreds and hundreds of things!

stalked dinosaurs and tiny aliens around my neighborhood.

spent lots of time working on the bus with my family.

found more four-leaf clovers than ever before! hi mom!

spend lots of time wandering the beach and searching for treasures.

baked more than ever. muffins and cookies almost every single week.

found not one but TWO swings hung under bridges… & subsequently felt like a kid again!

went dump dugging for the very first time (& became totally hooked!)

finally left green hair & experimented with other colors!

became a beetle mama!

spent many mornings at my favorite (now closed!) coffee shop with Jeff.

took an epic roadtrip to Arizona & got to cross off a bunch of new states along the way.

finally started making videos & started a YouTube channel!

poked around lots of abandoned buildings.

carved my first stamp.

And oh so much more!

What a lovely idea for a post! I would love to go scouring for beach treasures – we often get lucky with sea glass when in Devon, but otherwise it’s just bits and bobs people haven’t put in a rubbish bin! That stamp is super rad too 🙂
